 Built during the 1920s, Villa Lenzi is an Art Nouveau style town house located in Siena’s most exclusive San Prospero district with is historical residences, noble building materials and well-kept gardens. 		ingresso

      The house consists of three floors and has its own garden with a fine old lime-tree for shade. It is thus a haven of comfort and quietude just a stone’s throw from the city center: the ideal location for individual travelers, couples and small groups of friends.

 Villa Lenzi is a family home furnished with original antiques. The atmosphere is relaxed and friendly, and the three bedrooms made available to guests are comfortable and well appointed.

blu The Blue Room features a splendid antique double bed in wrought iron.
gialla The Yellow Room can be made up with two twin beds or as a double; its furnishings include a fine old 19th century chest of drawers and an antique Tuscan wardrobe.
rosa The spacious Pink Room contains three single beds.
The bathroom and toilets are on the same floor as the bedrooms. The bathroom has both a bathtub and a shower.

Children are always most welcome.

Useful advice: those arriving by car will find free parking space in the road and the small squares of the neighborhood; those arriving by coach can alight at the S. Prospero stop a hundred yards from the house; those arriving by train can take the bus into the center of town, then change to the n. 3 or 6 buses that serve the S. Prospero district.

Villa Lenzi is just a short distance from the Medici Fortress, the imposing edifice erected in the 1500s to protect the city of Siena. The Parco delle Rimembranze, the city center’s main gardens, is also just round the corner.

The historic center of Siena is a couple of hundred yards away and can be reached on foot: San Domenico, Piazza del Campo, the Cathedral, Santa Maria della Scala and San Francesco are thus all within easy walking distance.

Public transport  n. 3 o il n. 6. is also available just outside the house, and the district is well equipped with facilities such as restaurants, pizzerias, grocery stores, a pharmacy, newspaper stands, a small supermarket
