Entirely
constructed in stone, and recently restructured with full respect of its
original style, this house consists of a spacious kitchen with a
fireplace, equipped with every comfort (cooking space, oven, refrigerator,
freezer, and television) two bathrooms, two stylishly furnished double
rooms, with the possibility of adding two beds, allowing for a total of
six places.

Other than a splendid view of the surrounding hills, the house also has a private garden with barbeque, making it possible to eat outside. In addition, the accessible vegetable garden grows seasonal vegetables. | ||||

How to
arrive: From the NORTH: Take the exit Firenze Certosa- Expressway direction Siena – Exit at Colle Val d’Elsa Sud (South) – Follow the indications for Radicondoli – Take the Statale 541 direction Grosseto- Massa Marittima – After about 20 km, keep right at the junction while continuing to follow the indications for Radicondoli. After 10 km, on the right will be the town of Radicondoli. Continuing for another 5 km, on the left is the junction for Belforte. From the SOUTH: At Grosseto, take the SS1 Aurelia direction Massa-Marittima-Roccastrada, until you arrive at the junction for Massa Marittima (loc. Gabellino) , go direction Montieri. Once at Montieri, continue for 20 km in direction Radicondoli-Colle Val d’Elsa until the junction, go right towards Belforte. For reservations:
Once the
reservation is confirmed a 25% caution deposit is required by way of money
order/cheque. The minimum stay required is one week, generally from
Saturday to Saturday. Time of arrival is between 5pm and 8pm and the
apartment needs to be vacated by 10am on the day of departure. |
