PREZZI/PRICES
In alta stagione (da metà aprile a fine settembre) più Pasqua, Natale e Capodanno:
- Appartamenti 4+2: 180euro a notte
- Appartamenti 2+2: 155euro a notte
- Tali prezzi comprendono tutte le spese di luce, acqua, gas, riscaldamento autonomo, legna per il camino, uso dei servizi dell’azienda, biancheria da letto e da bagno, pulizia iniziale e finale.
- Non effettuiamo servizio di ristorazione.
- Non sono ammessi animali.
- Check-in ore17, check-out ore10.
- Acconto del 30% alla prenotazione e pagamento all’arrivo della somma rimanente.

- These prices included electricity, water, gas, heating, wood for the fireplace, use of farmhouse’s structures, bad and bathroom linen, final cleaning.
- Animal not admitted
- breakfast is not included
- Check-in at 5p.m., check-out at 10 a.m.
- 30% account at the reservation
