The school is based in a building from the
1200s which has recently been restored, only a few yards away from
Piazza del Campo in the centre of Siena. Our lessons can be booked via e-mail or over the internet, for any time or date of your choice, subject to availability. We cater to individuals, couples, and groups of up to thirty people at the school itself, and larger groups (up to sixty people) can be made welcome at a site just outside Siena. Whether youre just passing through, you want to come for a few days, or you want to attend one of our longer courses (see official website for more details), we have the course to satisfy you. Our lessons last roughly four hours, and take place either in the morning, afternoon or the evening. Each participant can take part in the cooking, if they wish to do so. Each lesson ends with a tasting of the food prepared, accompanied by an excellent wine.
